what our clients say

  • There is absolutely no one in Brisbane better suited to rehabilitate an athlete back to competitive sport after an injury than these guys. Such serious professionals, new facilities, high tech apparel, accurate testing and programs will ensure you are back on track if you put in the work. Thanks for all the guidance in my ACL rehab 🙌🏾

    Gus

  • So grateful I met Aaron. I am a regular lifter and started to get some niggles in a nerve in my back which left me in terrible pain after squatting and deadlifting. Aaron worked meticulously through my movements to pinpoint some weaknesses and I was pretty much pain free after 3 weeks. He also taught me awareness of my movements which I can use to correct my form and now I can squat pain free!! Thank you!! Can highly recommend 😀😀

    Michelle

  • After rolling an ankle badly years prior, the team at The Movement Standard gave comprehensive and consistent care with appropriate rehab for where I was at. I can not overstate the importance of the effective exercise physiology work done by these guys. The strength and conditioning ground work was done that I needed to get back up and running pain free again! Thank you.

  • Mobility Screening, eg. knee-to-wall for ankle range

  • Movement Quality, eg. squat technique

  • Strength, eg. understanding difference in right/left limbs
