In addition to these program updates, we carry out quarterly capacity assessments to track your progress. These assessments help us identify areas of improvement and ensure that the exercises are providing maximum benefit to your health. With this ongoing feedback loop, you'll always know exactly where you stand and how to continue progressing at a pace that's right for you.
